Our Team
All our "Aunties" are first and foremost, a mum themselves! So we fully appreciate and understand how precious your children are to you and how important it is for you to feel happy and confident to leave them in our care. All key worker staff are level 2, level 3 and level 5 Diploma qualified and we have a qualified Early Years Teacher. The team has been carefully chosen to provide a loving family atmosphere, so that your child will feel happy, safe and secure in your absence.
Auntie Deana - Early Years Practitioner
Auntie Deana lives with her grown up son Lewis and has worked in the childcare sector since she left school many moons ago! Aunty Deana really excels at doing anything creative with the children, she has an abundance of energy which is well suited to working in Early Years!
In her spare time our Auntie Deana loves shopping and if she didn't work here she'd love to be a personal shopper!

Aunty Debs - Manager and Early Years Teacher
Aunty Debs is married and has two grown children in college and working. She worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years as an Assistant Director, regenerating communities and had a major life change 15 years ago when she gave up the rat race to teach in the early years sector. Her specialisms are jolly phonics and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in pre-school. In her spare time she enjoys photography, creating fancy dress costumes, volunteering and football but her favourite is cocktails on a Friday night (hence the Friday feeling!)

- Nominated person for Ofsted with overall responsibility for the setting

Auntie Charlotte - Deputy Manager
Auntie Charlotte has two children in Primary and High school, She has worked in the early years sector for 18 years, Auntie Charlotte is Auntie Debs' right hand woman, she makes sure all the children's assessments are up to date and assists in the smooth running of Pre-School.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family but her absolute passion is Bingo! She enjoys going every week with her mum.

Auntie Elaine - Early Years Practitioner
Auntie Elaine is married with three children who are all grown up, she has worked in the Early Years sector on and off for over 18 years. Particularly good at communication and language activities with the children. Qualified to Level 2 in Early Years.
In her spare time Auntie Elaine enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse Bertie.

Uncle George - Early Years Practitioner
Uncle George is level 2 qualified in Early Years. He works with many of our children who need special 121 help to enhance their learning and development.
Auntie Elida - Early Years Apprentice
Auntie Elida is our newest member of staff and training for her level 2 qualification.
